Product Description
Hot Pack
1. Please the bag in the microwave for 20 second at low heat.
2. Place the bag over your eyes, lie back to relax eye muscle. If it is too hot ,place one or more layer of cloth between the pack and the body.
3. Repeat this process if needed.
Cold Pack
1.Keep in the freezer for 1 hour.
2.Place the pack over your eyes.
3.Repeat this process if needed.
